In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and leading the research direction that powers our strategic and creative decisions. You’ll turn complex data into clear insights, guide product and marketing teams with evidence-based recommendations, and uncover new opportunities for growth.

You’ll design and manage studies that combine interviews, surveys, experiments, and behavioral analysis to deliver actionable insights.
From dashboards to presentations, you’ll translate findings into stories that influence key decisions across the company.
4+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or data analytics
• Proven ability to plan and execute research projects end-to-end (from brief to delivery)
• Skilled in storytelling and presenting findings clearly and persuasively
• Deep understanding of research methodologies - qualitative, quantitative, and mixed
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken
• Passion for testing, learning, and constant improvement
Build and execute user acquisition strategies across channels like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
Launch, test, and optimize campaigns (audiences, creatives, A/B tests, funnels).
Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPI) and identify performance insights to guide decisions.
Collaborate with the creative and production teams to deliver high-performing ad assets.
Scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and traffic quality.
