Our main growth engine. You’ll manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, testing creatives, audiences, and funnels to scale performance efficiently.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing
• Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong analytical mindset - ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and optimize performance
• Experience working with metrics like CAC, CTR, ROAS, LTV, and conversion funnels
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken
• Passion for testing, learning, and constant improvement
Build and execute user acquisition strategies across channels like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
Launch, test, and optimize campaigns (audiences, creatives, A/B tests, funnels).
Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPI) and identify performance insights to guide decisions.
Collaborate with the creative and production teams to deliver high-performing ad assets.
Scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and traffic quality.

• You’ve never managed campaigns on Meta or Google Ads.
